Vycor has two main divisions:
Vycor Medical – ViewSite™ Brain Access System (VBAS™): a disposable minimally invasive neurosurgical device for accessing and evacuating tumors, blood clots, intracerebral hemorrhages (ICH) and physical objects lodged in the brain. Extensive clinical data points to less damage to patient, shorter OR time and faster patient discharge.
NovaVision: non-invasive, computer-based therapies for those suffering from vision loss resulting from neurological trauma such as stroke.
- NovaVision Visual Restoration Therapy® (VRT): Only FDA-cleared therapy for restoration of vision loss as the result of stroke or other brain damage.
- NeuroEyeCoach®: Helps patient compensate for vision disorders as a result of stroke or brain damage (FDA registered).
